Refund policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item:
- Is proven to be unauthentic
- Does not match the product description on our website
If you believe your item meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at info@tradingcardsme.com. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation. We will evaluate the issue and respond with next steps.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
All items are considered final sale unless they meet the criteria above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be undamaged, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
